📦 Processing Time

All SuperSonics UK products are made to order. Orders are usually printed, packed and shipped within 3–5 working days (Monday–Friday). During busy periods, this may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated if there’s any delay.

🇬🇧 UK Delivery

We deliver anywhere in the UK using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail and Evri.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery option.

🌍 International Delivery

We can ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on location — please allow up to 10–15 working days for international orders. Customs or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations (these are the customer’s responsibility).

🕐 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

💛 Local Pride, Global Delivery

All designs are created in Torquay, UK, and printed by our trusted UK production partners to order — reducing waste and keeping quality high.

🧾 Address Errors

Please double-check your delivery address when ordering. We can’t take responsibility for items sent to the wrong address if the information provided is incorrect.

📬 Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please email us at info@supersonicsuk.com within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation. We’ll make it right.
